Very old tamil film songs
Hello, I am a 60 year old retired person down here in Tamilnadu, India.
I remember with fond memories that in our younger years, that is about 40 years past, the erstwhile 'RADIO CEYLON' used to provide us entertainment in the form of broadcasting tamil film songs. Those in tamilnadu, India even used to keep their ears plastered to radio ceylon for such service. Those were days of Mayil Vahanan and Abdul Hamid etc.
There is a particular song which is not available in any bweb-site, as far as i have searched.
The song is " aasai nila sentathey" by JIKKI, in film Maman Makal, music composed by S V Venkataraman.
Do any of you friends in Srilanka have the recording of this song? I will be grateful if you send it to my email address or guide me to an appropriate web-site where the song is available for download.
